On top of the flat fee, MailReef charges $0.001 per email sent — small per message, but ~$100/month at 100,000 sends. A 12-month commitment lowers the server to $240/month (the Agency plan). Domains are extra (purchased 1-click, roughly $12–19/year), and MailReef recommends a conservative 3 mailboxes per domain, 50 emails/mailbox/day, and a 1:1 cold-to-warm ratio. Five things to weigh:
